We spend much of our lives with our colleagues, often more than with family or friends. Yet, in the rush of meetings, deadlines, and screens, we rarely pause to truly connect or to appreciate what we build together.
Our workshops invite teams to slow down and rediscover collaboration through the simple, grounding act of creating with clay. Designed to take place directly at your company premises, these sessions highlight the meaningful moments that can unfold within the workplace and reveal what’s possible to build together there, blending creativity, mindfulness, and teamwork in a calm and playful atmosphere.
Together, your team will shape a collective ceramic piece, a creation that stands as a lasting symbol of sharing, collaboration, and the potential of working as one. Once fired and finished, the piece remains in your workspace, a daily reminder of what can be achieved when everyone contributes their hands, ideas, and energy toward something shared.
Why Ceramics?
We chose clay as our medium because, in essence, we are working with earth itself, packaged to serve the needs of modern collaboration.
Clay is an ancestral material that has enabled human creativity and growth since the beginnings of our history.
The material is patient. It demands no mastery, no specific aptitudes, and allows no judgments or prejudices that might limit its use which makes it the ideal choice for creating a light, relaxed atmosphere that welcomes diverse hands and ideas, thanks to its plasticity and multiplicity of forms. Pieces can be painted immediately after their creation.
Clay is also remarkably practical. It can be used anywhere without creating mess or leaving permanent marks. Everything is quickly cleaned with a simple wipe, giving us the confidence to work in any space and bring our workshop directly to you without concern.
We only need a large table (or several pushed together) with chairs at your location so we can create together, nothing more.
About the Workshop
This workshop is designed for 2.5 to 3 hours, though we do not intend to rush the creative process. The session can extend until the team feels their collective piece is complete. Therefore, while the program is structured and ambitious, it promises to foster a genuine sense of enjoyment and flow, a loss of time awareness in a light, creative moment.
Structure
- Brief introduction to the workshop and facilitator
- Icebreaker exercises and hands-on introduction to clay properties and basic techniques, each participant creates an individual piece
- Brainstorm and sketch ideas for a collaborative piece reflecting team and company values
- Collaborative execution of the collective piece, with everyone contributing
- Closing reflections and sharing
The facilitators of this team building workshop are professional ceramic artists with several years of experience in constructing large-scale ceramic works, as well as leading diverse ceramic workshops of varying complexity levels. We bring both artistic expertise and facilitation skills to ensure a meaningful and memorable experience for your team.
What's Included?
- All necessary clay
- Complete set of clay working tools: wooden tools, ribs, cloths, water containers, rolling pins for flattening clay, letter stamps, molds
- Aprons for all participants
- Wooden boards for working the clay
- Two kiln firings required to finish the pieces created in the workshop, including glazing making the final piece waterproof and ready for any desired use
- Transportation service for the workshop materials as well as final delivery of the completed pieces

- Teams up to 20 people: CHF 120 per person

Each session includes an intensive workshop with practical exercises, featuring one individual piece and one collaboratively created piece.
